Join Our Team as a PME Fellow

We’re seeking a dedicated Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PME) Fellow to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the backbone operations of our organization, ensuring our projects achieve their maximum impact.

About the Role:

As a PME Fellow, you’ll be an integral part of our PME Programme, which is at the forefront of supporting our diverse initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to the planning, reporting, and evaluation of our projects, helping us to not only meet but exceed our goals. You’ll work under the guidance of the PME Programme Manager and alongside dedicated colleagues committed to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report and Documentation Mastery: Assist in crafting detailed donor reports and maintaining meticulous documentation, ensuring our achievements and challenges are accurately captured.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Take part in collecting, reviewing, and updating critical data across our platforms. Your efforts will ensure that our team has the latest information at their fingertips.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with various programme teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and alignment of goals. Your role will be pivotal in synchronizing efforts across the board.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Help maintain and update our reporting schedules, ensuring narrative and financial accountability to our donors in collaboration with the Finance team.

  • Human Rights Advocacy Passionates: Extensive experience in the human rights nonprofit sector is crucial, reflecting a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this field.
