International Criminal Court: Combating Impunity and Realizing Justice for Victims

{mosimage}This publication presents the outcome of the very first such forum of its kind, which brought together victims and their representatives from 11 countries in the Asian region to discuss the ICC’s relevance in their respective situations, as well as the processes by which they can access justice through the ICC. The forum was held from 25-27 February 2004 in Quezon City, Philippines. It was co-organised by the Coalition for the International Criminal Court, Asian Federation Against Involuntary Disappearances and FORUM-ASIA, and hosted by the Philippine Coalition for the International Criminal Court.
