{mosimage}The World Conference on Human Rights gave birth to the Vienna Declaration in 1993. Vienna +10 is the UN’s opportunity to review the commitment and seriousness of the member states. This compilation includes all of the key declaration and statements pertaining to the Vienna Declaration as well as declarations arising from other human rights conferences.
