A public lecture with the United Nations Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief

On 20 August 2018, FORUM-ASIA held a public lecture with the United Nations Special Rapporteur, Mr. Ahmed Shaheed, on the state of freedom of religion or belief in Asia. During the lecture, Mr. Shaheed gave an informative analysis of the current state of freedom of religion or belief in Asia, which is one of the most sensitive and controversial issues in the region. The session also generated interactive discussion with audiences who attended the event.
