{mosimage}A package of background materials was prepared by Forum-Asia for the Raoul Wallenburg Institute and the Asia-Pacific Forum of NHRIs Regional Training Program for representatives of NHRIs in the Asia-Pacific region. Materials include UN documents on HRD, reports and statement by inter-government institutions and NGOs, final declarations by key HRD Forums among other miscellaneous documents.
